Lazy Mid-Day Snack: Bacon Wrapped Baked Eggs

A super quick and easy snack for the #lazygirl to munch on while catching up on tv series and whatnot hahaha. 

Ingredients:
Bacon strips
Eggs
Bread
Mixed herbs
Salt & pepper


Method:

1. Preheat oven to 200C. Cut out circular shapes from the bread and lay them at the bottom of the muffin pan. Bake for 5 mins. This is dry out the bread a little so it doesn't absorb the egg.

2. After that, arrange bacon strips against the side of the muffin pan and crack an egg into each. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.

3. Bake for 12 - 15 mins, depending on how you like your eggs done.
